About Me
My other great passion was Tennis Umpiring. I worked as a professional umpire between 1990 and the year 2000. I worked most notably at the Australian Open in 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000. I also officiated at the 1999 Davis Cup Tie between Australia and Russia. After ten years I retired from Tennis officiating. Now I can devote a bit more time to my IT work and stand ready to help people with their IT issues. Given my over 25 years of experience I hope that you will be confident that I can handle your IT issues with due care and skill.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, but I only aim to respond to messages. As this is a free service, I do not have the resources for real-time reception. I plan to respond to calls and emails within 4 hours if received before 1pm. If not you will be contacted by the next morning.
Free! But I do ask for a small donation if you are satisfied.
Yes, but I need payment in advance and use my favourite supplier as a rule of thumb.
The easiest way is if you provide me with your credit card to pay the supplier in your name on your behalf. I accept direct deposit, but you must wait for that to clear. You are of course welcome to place your own order with my guidance. Please ask me for more information if you would like to know more.
